Winter Whirlwind

It's been a whirlwind, past few months!  This is going to be a weak attempt to play catch-up.

In October, we had our long awaited friends and family photographers come from Cincinnati to Geneva.  It was a year and a half in the making, and over one weekend, they took a total of five families' photos.  We had so much fun and we got photos which we will treasure.

We had a beautiful, warm Fall.  It was a welcome treat, after an unusually cool Summer.  We squeezed in a couple day trips, like a hike in the Saleve.

And then a long weekend away to Lyon, Beaune and Dijon in October.

In November, the leaves turned and we did a day trip to Montreux.  It never ceases to amaze me, when we walk through a castle. And the vineyards!!

Can you see Hayden?

We hosted Thanksgiving and promptly got into the holiday spirit.  (Actually the tree was up for Thanksgiving.)

Et voilà!

We went to Malaga just before Christmas.  The weather was comfortable and the town was very family friendly.

We went to Alhambra Palace in Grenada.  We stayed for nearly four hours, but I could have stood in awe of the place, all day!

Then back home to open presents and celebrate Christmas.

Before heading to Morzine to ski!

That concludes the whirlwind summary of OND'14!
