It's hard to believe Summer is here! At the same time, we have had some HOT days, so it does feel like summer is here.
We are still at home and trying to figure out our routine without homework and without the help of teachers. Lately, our work days have been even more full. Whereas, I could start the morning with the boys and Marty sometimes could join us, now we both often have to jump right into work before or by 8am.
Even as things open up, we are still managing life as quarantined and safe as before.
We still watch church from home, and the boys try to follow along with worship.
We have taken a couple of hikes - This one to Lindner Park
Boys started private tennis lessons with Deniz and Max
A 1-hr drive to Fallsville Falls for a morning hike to this waterfall.
Just when I was about to give away all our yarn, Hayden got into whittling and decided to craft with it
Despite it being warm, Beckham still likes his winter garb. 😂
This past Thursday, we went into the Karate school for his testing. He moved up from lime belt to green belt.
We are doing ok. It's not perfect. It's a little stressful. It's a lot of together time, all the time. We are looking forward to a bit more normalcy, even if it comes in small moments.
